Cultural Contribution

We support
Ecuadorian artists

Art is the aesthetic and communicative medium, through which human beings express emotions, ideas, and vision of the world. It is a component of society, of culture. It reflects the economic and social reality, the transmission of ideas and values throughout space and time. Intigral values all forms of communication, and art is one of these forms. For this reason we support transcendent Ecuadorian artists. If you contribute to art, you contribute to society, to the expression of its citizens and the voice of the invisible.

  • Oscar Santillán

Santillán began as a self-taught artist. He questioned the limits of perception and the dubiousness of what we called “truth”. His art insinuates the existence of a territory where the limits of what is possible can be trespassed: what happened, what may have happened, and what is presented are equivalent terms. On his first solo show only dogs were allowed as expectorators. (Arte Para Perros, 2002).The production was not documented. His work has been displayed at Witte de With (NL), MUAC (MX) and the Irish Museum of Modern Art (IE), amongst others. His art has been the subject of articles, reviews, and interviews published on Frieze magazine, Art Pulse, Art Forum and other media. In 2016, we sponsored the talent of artist Oscar Santillan for his next show in Los Angeles.

  • Daniel Adúm

Artist and author of "Sinceptualismo." Art that does not handle or is not governed by concepts. Creator of "Chanchocracia", graffiti in the form of pigs that simulate the classism, the fear and the irresponsibility of society. In 2016 we sponsor the talent of "DAG", "NADIEL" or "the chanchitos" as this young artist is known. Although his art has caused controversy, it establishing his name. Adum manifests that his work responds more to his heart than to the mere manufacture of art.

  • Gabriel Cozzaralli

In 2015 we sponsored the talent of artist Gabriel Cozzarelli, whose art is based on "pop art", a movement that uses images of popular culture. He began painting as a child, but left the arts on the side to engage in commercial engineering in the automotive sector. At age 28, he decided to come back to art, but with a vision of inclusiveness, imprinting his art on objects. For Cozzarrelli art should not be restricted to art galleries. "I think the customer season is over and we are in the area of followers and social networks, whose advantage allows you to maintain a direct and constant interaction with whomever gets to know your artistic proposal" says Cozzarrelli.

In Ecuador history has been marked by the love of its people. It is within this context that major exponent of Latin-American art; Oswaldo Guayasamín, was born. He left the world a legacy of love, protest, tenderness…a legacy of revolution” Eduardo Sánchez-President Intigral.
